</p>Insomnia: A Clinical Guide to Assessment and Treatment Review
Insomnia is a daily complaint among psyhotherapy patients, but msot of us as clinicans seem to have little to offer in terms of empirically validated treatments. This book gives a thorough review of the causes and types of insomnia, as well as viable treatment options. My only complaint is the price--sixty-five plus dollars seems a little steep for a 120 page book, no matter how well written.James Wright, Ph.D.
